    Recently, I found this Nic’s way English lessons on Youtube and watching his classes. I think he is fantastic. Also, he speaks perfect Japanese.

    私は最近ニック式英会話という、英語のクラスをユーチューブで見つけ、彼の番組を見ています。彼は素晴らしいと思う。それに、彼は完璧な日本語を話すのです。

    I showed his class to ダン蔵. It seems me he dislike I study English.

    ダン蔵に、彼のユーチューブを見せたんだけど、どうやら彼は私が英語の勉強をするのが嫌いらしい。

    He asked me, why I need to study English? I speak perfect English with my own voice and my own grammar.

    彼は、なんで英語学習しないといけないの？君は完璧な英語を話してるよ。自分の言葉で、自分の文法で。と、言った。

    !?

    えっ！？

    What!?

    何！？

    I said to him that’s my problem. Am I using English with my own grammar!?

    私は彼に、それが問題なんでしょ！私が私のグラマーで英語を使ってる！？

    However, he scratched his right side forehead and asked me, What’s wrong with that!?

    しかし彼は、頭の右前方を引っ掻きながら、それのどこがいけないの！？と、のたまう。

    I screamed to him that I have to use correct English grammar!

    私は正しい文法で話したり、書いたりしなきゃダメじゃん！と、声を荒げた。

    But, he continued to scratch his right forehead. It seems to me he couldn’t understand my point.

    でも、彼は頭の前方右側を書き続けてて、どうやら、彼には分からないらしい。私の言ってるポイントが。

    Therefore, I cooked English Breakfast for our breakfast.

    朝食にイングリッシュブレックファストを作った。

    I watched the Queen’s speech on TV unexpectedly.

    思いがけずにクイーンのスピーチをテレビで見た。

    I’m glad that Queen is in good shape. I respect her.

    クイーンが健康そうで、ご立派なので嬉しかった。尊敬する。

    So, without any plan, today was English day for me.

    なので、予定してなかったけど、今日はイギリスの日になりました。

    Can you believe? She is 93!

    彼女、９３歳だよ！マジか？

    Tomorrow is the opening of a show in my tiny gallery. We are doing the installation right now. Every time, at each installation, I know the nature of the artists. Sometimes it kills me. It’s a joke.

    明日は、私の小さなギャラリーは、オープニングです。私達は今、インスタレーションの最中です。毎回、インスタレーションの度に私はアーテイストたちの正体を知ることになる。それで、時々死にたくなる。まあ、それは大袈裟だけど。

    Last night, I talked with Kuroneko Pooh on a phone. She said it annoying to read your Blog because it is English. So, I decided to put the Japanese translations in it.

    昨夜、私はクロネコプーと電話で話しました。 彼女は「あんたのブログは英語だから読むのが面倒だ。」と言った。 そこで、日本語の翻訳を入れることにした。

    However, it not easy to translate English into Japanese. Even though, these are all my writings.

    でも、英語を日本語に直すのって結構大変。これ全部、自分で書いたものなのにね。

    A lunch at Fiat Cafe. ダン蔵 likes to eat fruit after the meal. His fruit is always free. He is loved by the cafe.

    フィアットカフェでダン蔵とランチ。ダン蔵は食事の後のフルーツが好きで、それはいつもタダ。彼はカフェから愛されてる。

    By the way, I mentioned Bonnard yesterday. When I think about Bonnard, I can not stop thinking about Édouard Vuillard. I love one of his paintings “In Bed” in 1891.

    ところで、私は昨日ボナールについて言及しました。ボナールのことを考えると、絶対頭に浮かぶのがヴュイヤール。私は、彼のこの「ベットにて」っていう絵が大好き。

    Yes, I love Vuillard. However, when I wanted to talk about his paintings, no one understands my pronunciation of his name “Vuillard”. In Japan, his name is ヴュイヤール in Katakana notation. However, I said ヴュイヤール, no one understands.

    そう、私はヴュイヤールを愛してるけど、彼の作品について人と話したい時、誰も私の発音の彼の名前を理解してくれない。日本ではカタカナ表記でヴュイヤールだけど、そのまま読んでも誰にもわかってもらえない。

    This French name is difficult to pronounce. It’s not only for Japanese but it is also difficult for English speakers too.

    フランス語の名前は発音が難しい。それは日本人だけじゃなくて、英語を話す人にとっても同様。

    Today ダン蔵 and I had lunch with his old friend from Belgium. ダン蔵 talked to her that miniko likes Vuillard but, she couldn’t understand his name. She couldn’t understand ダン蔵’s pronunciation of Vuillard. I added his first name Édouard for help she to understand. And in addition, I mentioned he was a Les Nabis artist. But, she couldn’t understand who he was at all.

    今日、ダン蔵と私は彼のベルギー人の古い友人とランチしたんだけど、ダン蔵が、minikoはヴュイヤールが好きって言ったんだけど、彼女はヴュイヤールの名前を誰だか分からなかった。彼女はダン蔵の発音のヴュイヤールがわからなかった。助け船として、私はヴュイヤールの下の名前のエドゥアールも付け加え、さらに、彼はナビ派のアーチストでしたよ。とも言ったけど、彼女は彼が誰のことだかさっぱりわからなかった。
