昨日、いただいたザッハトルテ食べました。
まず５～６時間冷蔵庫で解凍。室温で30分放置せねばならず、チョコレートが硬いまま食べました。
チョコレートはおいしかったけど、解凍してるんでスポンジがパサパサでした。
えー、そうなんだ。スポンジパサパサは良く無いね。うーむ。
