I was thinking to cook Niku-Jaga (Beef and potato simmered with soy-sauce based flavor). But, it ends up like this.

肉じゃが、作ろうと思ったんだけど、なんだか、こんな風になってしまった。

There is some new potato which has started to grow buds.

ベービーポテトが芽を生やし始めていたから。

I used beef for shabu shabu, so, I thought it is easy to eat for ダン蔵。but, he said it is difficult to chu. I hope his dental problem will be resolved soon.

しゃぶしゃぶ用の牛肉を使ったから、ダン蔵にも食べやすいかと思ったけど、噛めないって言ってた。残念。歯医者さん、どうにかしてくれ。

I put some sesame oil on top for the flavor and it was amazing.

料理した後に、胡麻油を上にさっとかけたんだけど、すんごいいい匂いでした。
