Even the presence of a book, a pencil and bookmark, can provide a welcome moment of calm and respite against at times the turmoil and uncertainties surrounding us.
I tend to be anxious because I’m swayed by the noise around me. But, we all need time can be calm and meditate. It is the quietest time the reading time alone at home at night.
